As owner/operators of a specialised manufacturing factory, OEM Engineering customers have the security of knowing that parts and equipment have been assembled on-site under stringent supervision with quality assurance and workmanship that is the hallmark of OEM's ongoing success.

OEM Engineering capacity includes:

• Full CAD/CAM design and machining in 2D and 3D, solids and surfaces

• CNC lathe capacity 406/280 diameter x 1200 mm long

• NC machining capacity 760 mm x 610 mm x 610 mm with “twenty tool” ATC. From basic drilling and tapping to full 3D surface machining (680 kg table capacity)

• Centre lathe capacity to 500 mm diameter x 1500 mm long

• Repetition engineering from 1 to 1000 parts

• Full processing and fabrication service. Steel cutting capacity 130 mm x 130 mm and non ferrous cutting capacity 150 mm x 150 mm

• Component parts in all materials

• 75 tonne, 4 column hydraulic press: 360 mm x 360 mm x 600 mm capacity

• Steel, stainless steel and aluminium MIG welding

• Machinery design and fabrication including hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems

• Press tooling, injection mould tooling, process tooling
